Wudly ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Wudly mobile app collects, how it's used, and your choices.
Wudly does not collect personal information from you for advertising, tracking, or profiling. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Videos, skills, goals, streaks, and practice history you create in Wudly are stored locally on your device by default. We do not have access to this content unless you enable cloud backup.
If you choose to enable cloud sync (an optional paid feature), your progress data and videos are uploaded to our cloud storage provider so they can be restored or accessed across your devices. This data is tied to your account identifier and is used solely to provide the sync feature. You can delete your cloud data at any time from within the app or by emailing us.
If you create an account for cloud sync, we store your email address and an account identifier. We use this only to authenticate you and provide the service.
Wudly requests access to your camera and photo library so you can record and import practice videos. These permissions are used only for features you initiate. Media stays on your device unless you enable cloud backup.
Wudly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud-backed data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, email help@wudlyapp.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
